Drawing Smokey Sexy Eyes

So we’ve talked about Angular Eyes, which are Menacing and sometimes borderline “Evil” and we’ve talked about the Round Cuddly Anime Eyes, great for Cute and/or Simplistic Characters. It’s time for something in between?

“How do I draw Neutral, Smokey and Sexy Eyes?” you ask.

That’s what we’re going to be talking about today, maybe you want your character to be very Sober, a law Abidding and Orderly Character, a Sexy Rogue or a Neutral Alignment Character like you’d call them in DnD and other pen-and-paper RPGs.

To make such a Character, you will need to draw some Rectangular eyes (no focus intended on the “need” part, you do you, I’ve seen so many people using different shapes to transmit completely different feelings and get away with it perfectly!).

Draw Fluid and Loose Lines!

So focus on drawing Fluid lines but somewhat Straight, so the corners look quite more noticeable than the previous Eye Archetypes. This will make your character look Stern without making him/her look too Evil. It’s something between both Archetypes, great for Leaders and Characters that don’t take a strong side under neither “Faction” or Alignments.

Of course this is just one more Archetype for the Eyes, you can mix and match one with the other and get so many possibilites. Do try and experiment a bunch and you’ll find different styles while improving your Drawings one at a time! Talk about a win-win situation.
